Ashley's Art Gallery is committed to quality products and your satisfaction.
We sell fine art from the top artists and publishers, not the posters and prints manufactured with lesser quality materials. Since our fineart collectors prefer to have brand new and mint condition artwork, we normally do not except returns unless we have made prior written arragements with you, or we have made an error in communication or an item is damaged during shipping. Then we will quickly replace the item or give you a complete refund at our expense.
Please inspect your item soon after you receive it, if there is damage to the item please contact us immediatley at (919)552-7533. Then we may ask you to please email us a picture of the damage and the packaging with a short description to email@example.com.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will sure try to make you happy.

At this time, credit card transactions are stored temporarily by the very secure Prostore Server (an Ebay Company), no online purchases or financial transactions may be completed on Ashleysartshop.com, we get your security code over the phone for extra security; therefore, no personal financial information is stored by Ashleysartshop.com.
